Author Fees Policy
The Proceedings of the International Conference on Intelligent Systems and New Applications (ICISNA) does not charge any article processing or publication fees for papers published in the Proceedings.
Authors are required to pay only the conference registration fee, which covers participation in the conference and organizational costs. The payment of the conference registration fee does not influence editorial decisions or the outcome of the peer review process.
No additional fees are charged for submission, peer review, or publication of accepted papers in the Proceedings.
Advertising
The ICISNA Proceedings does not accept advertising in any form.
Advertising activities are kept strictly separate from editorial content and have no influence on the peer review process, editorial decisions, or publication outcomes.

The ICISNA Proceedings does not engage in aggressive, misleading, or inappropriate solicitation of manuscripts.
All direct communication with authors, reviewers, and readers is conducted in a professional, transparent, and ethical manner. Information provided about the Proceedings and the conference is accurate and not misleading.
Use of Generative AI

Archiving and Digital Preservation
